Early Life and Career

Aaron Addison Gordon was born on September 16, 1995, in San Jose, California. He attended Archbishop Mitty High School, where he was a standout basketball player and was named a McDonald's All-American. He then played college basketball for the University of Arizona for one season, where he earned Pac-12 All-Freshman Team honors.

NBA Career

Gordon was selected with the fourth overall pick in the 2014 NBA Draft by the Orlando Magic. He made an immediate impact, starting every game as a rookie and averaging 12.5 points and 9.2 rebounds per game. In 2016, he was named to the NBA Rising Stars Challenge.

After four seasons with the Magic, Gordon was traded to the Denver Nuggets in 2021. He has since become a key player for the Nuggets, averaging 14.7 points and 5.9 rebounds per game while providing excellent defense and athleticism.
